How far in advance should we book a wedding planner?
For Full Planning, we typically book 12–14 months ahead. For Day-Of Coordination, 4–6 months is usually enough. We do accept rush projects when our calendar allows — please ask.
Do you take more than one wedding per weekend?
Never. Each wedding gets the full attention of a senior planner and a dedicated production team. We cap our bookings to protect that.
Where are you based and where do you travel?
We’re based in New Delhi with a satellite team in Mumbai. We’ve planned weddings in 30+ cities across India and 8 countries internationally.
What does a wedding with you typically cost?
Our Essential package starts at ₹1,75,000. Signature begins at ₹6,50,000. Luxury Bespoke is custom-quoted. Most of our Signature weddings have a total wedding budget between ₹40 lakh and ₹1.5 crore.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. Our planning fee is fixed at signing. Any vendor recommendations are made for fit, never for kickbacks — we accept zero commissions, ever.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Most clients split their planning fee into 3–4 milestones across the engagement. We’re flexible.
What does a typical planning timeline look like?
After our discovery call and contract, you’ll have onboarding within 7 days, design direction within 30 days, and the bulk of vendor bookings completed by the 6-month mark. Everything lives in your private planning portal.
How involved can we be?
As involved or as hands-off as you want to be. Some couples want a vote on every napkin; others want to see the venue once and trust us with the rest. Both are valid, and we’ll meet you where you are.
Do you handle vendor payments?
We can. Many clients prefer to pay vendors directly, but we offer a managed-payment service for an additional fee that keeps everything on a single ledger.
Do we need a separate local planner abroad?
No. We handle everything end-to-end with our trusted on-ground partners. You’ll have one point of contact: us.
What about guest travel and accommodations?
Our Luxury Bespoke package includes a guest concierge: travel coordination, room blocks, transportation, and a custom welcome experience.
Which destinations do you specialize in?
Domestically: Udaipur, Jaipur, Goa, Kerala, Coorg. Internationally: Italy, Greece, Bali, Thailand, and the UAE. Other destinations are absolutely possible — please ask.
